This episode features a discussion with Shaudi Adel, LCSW, Clinical Director at Centered Mind Therapy.  She received her B.A. in Psychology at UC Irvine, and began her career with a strong emphasis in clinical research on how to improve treatment methods. Her passion is to find the most updated, evidence-based practices to use in her patient sessions. She received her Master of Social Work degree in 2014 from San Diego State University and has worked at inpatient and outpatient programs and private practice in both New York City and Southern California. She is an LCSW in the states of California and New York. The mission at Centered Mind Therapy is to connect clients with a provider that will help them discover healing and build a balanced life.
