It's okay to not feel okay.
On today's episode, we welcome back Dr. Geri-Lynn Utter, a Clinical Psychologist and the author of Mainlining Philly: Survival, Hope and Resisting Drug Addiction, as well as her new book, Aftershock: How Past Events Shake Up Your Life Today.
